uwuly provides link shortening and QR code generation services. We allow you to create custom short links, design QR codes, and track analytics for your links.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use uwuly to:

  • Create links to malicious, illegal, or harmful content
  • Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or viruses
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Content and Links

You are solely responsible for the content you link to. We reserve the right to remove any links that violate these terms or applicable laws.

We use Google Safe Browsing to check URLs for known malicious content. Links flagged as unsafe will be blocked.

6. Plans and Billing

Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your links remain active for 30 days (grace period), after which QR codes will show a paused page.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The uwuly service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create (short links, QR codes, analytics data). We have a license to host and display this content as part of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but we may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

uwuly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
